Easy to use and sync to her iPhone and compatible with her iPencil C USB. Great on storage and connectivity. Good price and the color really shines and makes the pink stand out on this ipad.

No Face ID but otherwise great

Great clarity on the screen. The only downside is that this iPad does not have facial recognition to unlock. Apparently you have to get the more expensive model for that. It does have fingerprint touch control to log in however so that's better than having to type in your password each time.

Good item, but tricky return on bundle

Bought on sale and added bundle of Microsoft and case. However, I returrned the bundle and then was charged the non sale price for the I pad in my return. A long discussion with the sales manager was frustrating. I felt cheated. I returned a week later and encountered a different manager who was very cooperative, Steve, and we settled the problem fairly.
