My son loves it he has been asking to buy him a Apple tablet and he loves it it dosent glitch or anything he loves it

Love it, it’s become an essential part of my daily life. From streaming my favs to homework and work. I admit, it is pricey to get all the add ons, for example the pencil, the case, and the paper feel protection screen.

New Ipad is noticeable faster than the previous generation. My daughter noticed games and apps open faster and seen smoother.

Love the color! I have an iPad generation 2 that clearly doesn’t get any updates anymore and is super outdated. This one is such a breath of fresh air with loads more space and quick processing power. I absolutely love my iPad and it’s so easy to get things done. Makes doing work on the go very convenient. I’d say the battery life is my biggest concern, but it’s not terrible. I am on the internet all day and charge it at about 60%.

The iPad is an iPad and works like an iPad. It's fine, 5 Stars. But, 0 stars for the next day delivery by BestBuy. The iPad was offered to be delivered the next day, so I chose that instead of picking it up at the store. Big mistake. BestBuy sends a tracking number for the next day delivery via Doordash. Next day no delivery. Checking the tracking number at 11pm it show up as still being delivered in 41 minutes and about 66 miles away. The next morning it shows is delayed, last location still 66 miles away. I used chat to find out what was going on and was assured that the iPad was not 66 miles away but in another location and only 32 miles away and would be delivered today (day 2). No show! Chat again the next morning, still delayed. BestBuy was unable to locate the package so I asked to cancel the delivery and refund me. Was told that process would take a few days. The iPad was then delivered via Doordash late afternoon on Day 3. So the iPad is fine, delivery via Doordash sucks. Had BestBuy shipped via UPS or FedEx it would have been delivered the next day and they would have known where it is. Don't trust their delivery date as it's likely a lie so you don't order from Amazon. Order online and pick it up. I ordered another iPad online but for store pickup. Super easy and the people in the store were very nice. Staff very easy to deal with the return of the Doordash iPad.

This iPad is great quality and affordable. Purchasing through Best Buy is always a breeze. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to it being WiFi-only and lacking SIM card capabilities. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an affordable but high quality device for your children.

My granddaughter loves it was very easy for her mom to load the educational apps for her to be the best she can be!!
