It's my 2nd iPad, I still have my 1st Gen iPad working just fine. No updates for the 1st generation, but I browse thru my Pandora music on the old one. Highly recommend it, will be using it for notes for Phlebotomy field.

Do NOT buy from Bestbuy and get anything shipped. I ordered a great iPad and their third party shipper ROADIE stole my package. They came to my house and told us that I couldn’t get my package because he had no internet to mark delivered on my package. So he took it and I haven’t had an update on my order since. The tracking hasn’t moved and it just says in progress Best Buy will not replace or refund my item and roadie will not answer phone. Even Best Buy customer service said they don’t know where it is either. This is so irresponsible for them to hiring randoms to do jobs for a used to be reputable company.

She loves it! She says it is everything she wanted in a tablet though i think it lacks some versatility I've seen in other products. She wanted it because it's pink.

I love my new I Pad. Before visiting the store I reviewed the Best Buy web site and already decided on the model I was most likely to purchase.
When I arrived at the store an associate quickly found the correct tablet in inventory and had a screen protector installed.
I also purchased a case to protect the I Pad and attempted to install my new tablet into it when I arrived home. I could not get the I Pad into the case even though it was the correct size. The next day I returned to the store and was informed that the case that I was sold was not the correct one and an alternative was found in the store which I exchanged for the incorrect one. I was somewhat surprised that there was no acknowledgment from the salesman that the incorrect case that was sold to me in error was the original salesman’s fault, no apology, not even a thank you! Little wonder that brick and mortar stores are failing when employees just don’t care. I could have purchased the exact same I Pad and case on line and saved $50.00, there is little or no incentive to go to the store, stupid me, I won’t make that mistake again!

Best service ever!!! Walked in found what we wanted, salesman was there in a few minutes and took great care of us. Made my granddaughter’s day!!! She had really wanted an iPad!!
