    I got the iPad for my kids after two months of using it that’s when the issue started at first the iPad was fast and would load not lag on anything or freeze but after two months the volume started glitching coming in and out lowering itself and going up again by itself the screen froze didn’t let me close my apps I couldn’t turn it off because the screen was frozen and couldn’t move the off button I don’t know if this was a used one but it’s not worth the price especially after using it two months and it starts with all this RIGHT AFTER MY WARRANTY WAS OVER THE PROBLEMS STARTED

    The product is great but trying to get it was a very difficult situation! It appears that FedEx lost it and stopped giving information as to its location. It was an online order so trying to get information from anyone at Best Buy wasn’t easy! Finally did get the product.
