Tried and returned

Pathetic customer service

Best Buy refused to do an exchange because it was 9 days past the return date. However, Best Buy said they would do a return if I paid them $50. Nice to know Best Buy can be bribed to do the right thing.

Product Was Fine but Terrible Delivery Systems

Don't have anything delivered from them since the can't afford any other delivery service besides DoorDash and it's a major theft risk having electronics delivered this way
