Exactly what you would expect from Apple - good open box experience and an easy to follow start up/set up process. We already had an existing iPad two iPhones so that also made the set up easier since our apple IDs were able to transfer over. Ordering through Best Buy online was slick too - we added it to our interest free credit card and it was delivered right to our door!

This is a great iPad and was easy to transfer from my previous one. The clarity is so much better and so much faster.
