    Staff was very helpful. My IPad was not working properly due to age and had to be replaced.

    Nice iPad. I do not like the new thumbprint. It is more challenging to use and impossible to use with some iPad covers. Not sure why this changed.

    Setting up Apple iPad A16. Pretty straight forward. Wi-Fi was easy enough to connect. So far apps are running as they should. Only thing i’m not crazy about is the battery. (Example) Watching a game on tablet battery drains pretty quick.
