    I ordered this iPad, but instead of getting this delivered I received a heated mug. When I tried to get it returned I spent literally hours on the phone trying to simply get what I purchased. I have never been so frustrated with a big company and their care for THEIR mistake. I will never order from Best Buy again. Very sad that so little care is given for the situation.

    I can't give stars or review something I don't know how to use I asked the Geek Squad to help me I don't know how to use it I asked him for just a few more minutes he spent like 9 minutes with me and he couldn't wait to get that $40 I'll never go to Best Buy again unless my guarantee if I ever get to use it is used up

    Apple remains the best tablet. Not much of an improvement over tenth gen, but didn't do anything to make it worse

    I like it overall but I'm having a little difficlty learning how to use the pencil and also how to backspace when I make a mistake and want to make corrections. Its definitely a learning curve. I have only had it a week but I think I will be able to get used to it.
