    ordered the ipad for delivery 2 days later. found out on my own (no direct notification) that my ipad was sent back, apparently due to damage. no replacement was scheduled. took alot to figure out what happened. then found out no replacement would be sent. i had to order another one. i ordered elsewhere and got it delivered same day with no problem. then it took 2 weeks for credit to be put thru to my credit card. too long. all along the way, the chat feature was useless to determine status of things. very disappointing experience.

    Never had an Apple product before. The os is difficult to adjust to. It does what I want but doesn't work with the apple pencil pro.

    Wish it came with a screen cover. It’s a nice product but it’s super easy to scratch. Definitely get a screen protector before you use it. It’s easy to set up and use. Lots of storage space.
