For the price, it’s worth it. Battery isn’t very strong and drains fairly quickly.

It was a gift for my aunt. I don't use it. She has to take the class at Apple to learn how to use it.

Terrible experience with Best Buy customer support. Talked with their customer support several times and each time I was promised the issues would be resolved. Each time I called for an update I had to discuss my issue again although they had a complete log of my previous calls. When I went to the Patchogue, NY store their manager provided zero assistance. When I advised the manager of my frustrations he reply was "so what go somewhere else". Fortunately there are other companies to buy the Apple products.

I like the product. It was pretty good. I would probably buy another one if I needed it the value was pretty good also.

It may not be as powerful as it s bib brothers, but it does everything I need.

Fast and easy just needed Id showed the worker and got my item.

This was very hard to load. Then when we looked on line to try to get some instructions, it told us it was not new, but refurbished, we did not buy a refurbished, we bought a new and paid for a new. When we tried to get help at the store, the just told us that it was our problem, and they would do nothing to help.

Good product, box just came damaged but nothing was wrong with the iPad.

The service was a little slow and not a lot of good information it was a good thing I knew what I wanted.

Apple made some changes in the operation of this model as opposed to the last generation with the actual "home button." I am having a very difficult time transferring my personal music library to the new device. constant pop ups for an apple music subscription are annoying as well.

Great device for email, internet and movies. Not the best for gamers.
