I have purchase this item at best buy because they have a very good quality of gadgets.

Was difficult to complete set up and data transfer with finger print set up. Had to bring it in to see Geek Squad. Do not like the keyboard with this Ipad. Our old one was far superior.

This was a fraudulent purchase. Beware. I have filed a report.

So it does the job. It has some minor glitches like when it turns off or it's been restarted the apple starts upside-down every time.. the volume buttons are kinda of backwards lol. Volume up actually goes down so yeah..

We purchased this tablet at Best Buy in Flower Mound but it was defective it was freezing when we turned it on. We went back the next day to exchange it. The front manager name Maria couldn't override the exchange and had us wait for an 1 hour as we have to get a password to remove the Apple account. I understand the Apple requirement but the way Maria handle it and said "yeah I am the manager" just to me was rude. The unwillingness to resolve it quickly and even told us to just come back. She needs a training if she's the manager.

Got the Ipad on a great deal. Works well for the family.

I knew I was not getting the top of the line product, so that is my fault. However the volume on SIRI is merely a whisper and hard to hear. Yes, I have adjusted the settings. Should have purchased a better model.

I don't love the new touch access - in the corner, vs being a center button - but it works alright

Do not purchase from Best Buy, it isn’t worth it. These devices are the same prices at other retailers. Best Buy “shipped” my item over a month ago. It was lost in shipping and they still refuse to refund my money. Absolute scam. Their online representatives keep saying that the refund will be processed in X days but nothing ever happens. The worst part, this isn’t the first time that’s happened. Save you a headache and stay away from Best Buy. I have been a Best Buy Rewards member for years but I’m canceling my account after this. It isn’t worth it when other companies are so much easier to deal with. The other times have been smaller items but this time it was my daughter’s Christmas present, which they ruined. I’ll never make that mistake again.
