Could not sign in the day after setting it up. Apple couldn't even fix it at their recommendation I took to Best Buy in Dothan. They could not fix either. While the geek squad was working on the iPad I purchased a laptop and other accessories. I was informed by geek squad that the iPad couldn't be fixed and the manager refused to give me a new on in exchange. I promptly returned over 2000 $ of items I had just purchased and went home with an iPad I can use for a plate. Will never return to Best buy!!

Let me start by saying this product is great and is exactly how you’d expect from Apple’s quality. HOWEVER - BUYER BEWARE- Bestbuy has a severe problem with these getting stolen out of the boxes before they’re shipped to your home. They blame FedEx, FedEx blames them and you’re screwed out of it and not reimbursed!! ALWAYS ship these to the store and pick them up. Bestbuy should be ashamed of their handling of this because all of their employees are aware of the issue and nothing is solved.

I guess I am at an age where anything new is difficult, but since this was a replacement I thought I could just sit down and it would work! I was very mistaken! I am still unable to actually work this product! I will have to have someone come in and walk me through the operation of this ipad!

The delivery woman literally dropped the ipad in front of the entrance of my apparent building !! As she didn’t have the key to enter the building. I was out of the city for an emergency issue, requested her either drop the package in mail room or return to bestbuy, but she said it was not her concern if I was not able to receive it. So she just left the ipad on pedestrian in-front of the building!!!! I will think twice to order again from bestbuy

These are definitely different, which is fine, but I feel they're too small. I used every little ear cushion. I could've almost lived with that but the battery would barely stay charged. I would charge it. Use it at night. It would be dying before the morning I called and called and every time Best Buy said too bad it's past 15 days. I said I've only used it a couple times I was in the hospital. They didn't care 15 days sir so I will never buy directly from Best Buy. I'll go from Amazon. They have a better return and better customer service seriously I'll never go to Best Buy again for that terrible customer service and making me keep a broken product. All I wanted was to trade in!

The iPad works fine but the color isn’t as vibrant as the 10th generation so I exchanged it for a pink one. Wouldn’t recommend if you like vibrant colors it gave off a dull yellow/gold color.

I had an I -pad years ago and wore it out. It's nice to have one back. It doesn't seem as fast as my first one oddly enough. Great to have one if you have fat fingers syndrome like me.

This is not a review of this product, but rather about the shabby way I was treated at the Bowling Green, KY Best Buy. When the silver iPad I purchased my husband was defective, I had no choice but to choose another color because there were no silver replacements available.a” I was charged an extra $25 because it had a different skew number. Ridiculous

I bought the iPad from Best Buy trusting in the security of the delivery! However, the iPad never arrived! Best Buy hired a bad shipping company that doesn't provide the slightest customer support! There's no proof of delivery, no one is responsible for the sale, and you simply decided not to refund me or replace the product! It's absurd!!!! The responsibility for the delivery is yours! So you have to cover the replacement.

Ordered this item as a Christmas gift. The day it was supposed to be delivered it got delayed, understandable its Christmas time. But it kept getting pushed back. I tried contacting support but their response was its delivered through a 3rd party and basically did nothing about it. When I tried reaching out to the 3rd party I was never able to contact anyone. The charge still shows pending on my card and can't cancel the order until its delivered

My daughter received the iPad for Christmas and when she tried to set it up the screen was not working. I took back to best buy and they told me I bought a used one which I said I paid full price and was not aware I was getting a used product. The retailer looked up what I paid and said you were correct but the sticker they put on the box is saying it was refurbished. So we paid for a new and received used.
