I brought this iPad, they said it was delivered I looked everywhere in my neighborhood I can’t find it. I contacted fadex, fadex to me to contact the store . When I called the store ( Best Buy ) they refused to refund me. They customer service was very poor. Please don’t order anything from Best Buy if anything you will lost your money.

Was told at the time of purchase “if you use your Best Card you save 20%” Sales associate lied! She failed to say it was in the form of points. If I would have known this I would have used cash. I would have returned it but it was a Christmas gift and didn’t have time to mess around.

I purchased this as an open box deal with the understanding it was the quality it stated. However, one day out of the return window, the screen started messing up which when I researched it appears to be an hardware issue and now I have no way to return it. I will never order again from here - I’d saved up money for this purchase and took them at their word. So incredibly disappointed

MERCHANDISE WAS DELIVERED WITH AND EMPTY IPAD BOX. MY DAUGHTER OPENED UP HER CHRISTMAS GIFT TO AN EMPTY BOX. I WILL NEVER, I MEAN NEVER DO ANOTHER ONLINE ORDER. I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON BEST BUY TO SEND OUT AND REPLACEMENT IPAD SINCE CHRISTMAS. GIVING ME THE RUNNING AROUND. I HAVE RECEIPT, EMAILS AND EVERYTHING. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Not happy with new A16 ipad. The WiFi performance is worse than five year old iPad Air 2 running on same router from same location. Returned to store but replacement iPad performs the same. Running 18.5 os. Otherwise okay but losing home button and headphone jack also a negative for me. Best Buy handled issue well - product just under performs, in my opinion!

The on and off button doesn’t work properly. I attempted to exchange today at the store. After waiting and erasing my information at the instructions of an employee:a Hispanic looking woman wearing glasses at the return line on (9/1 @12:40pm). Horrible service, she could have started the conversation with the return policy. No, she took me through all the steps then attempted to sell me a Best Buy membership. Instead of the 30 day return policy you only get 14 days. TRASH. I’ll never purchase anything else from Best Buy.

I ordered an iPad on Thursday 04/24 , to be delivered Friday 04/25. On Friday I received an email indicating the order was delayed, and might not arrive until 05/09. I decided to wait one more day until Saturday 04/26. I called Best Buy Customer service about 3:00PM on Saturday and canceled the order, which was promptly confirmed via email. The email said my Credit Card would be credited for the purchase price within a few days, I’m still waiting! On Sunday I ordered the same item from another retailer for $50.00 less. It was delivered the following day before 11:00AM.

Did not get a code # from Geek squad at store. I'm an old old man. Telephone Geek had me call store for help. Store did not return my call. Without code cannot start my iPad. I live 75 miles from store. I will go there in person when I go to LaCrosse for my doctor's appointment on Feb. 6.

Idk why these devices cant just have a proper file system or why all the productivity apps are now just subscription based scams but it would be great if this device was more like a steamdeck where you could actually run real programs on it.
