Had to return. Broke after 6 days, yellow line showed up on the screen. Bought a new one at the actual Apple Store

Horrible. Stopped charging within 2 weeks. I contacted customer serice and they stated since it was bought in Nov it currently camt be returned.

Had to purchase these more expensive ipads because my original order of 9 lesser expensive ipads was all screwed up in delivery and were returned to them. When I finally convinced them to reship the less expensive ones they were not available so I had to pay more for more expensive ones and they did not take care of me

Was defective. Had for 2days and screen went black and never turned back on

Stopped working after 3 months. right, when all the warranties expired

I bought this Ipad on Sunday; Father Day Weekend. And, then, Thursday it would not power up. I live in Belzoni, Ms; therefore, I will have to drive to Flowwood, Ms to take it to the store I bought it. This is my third IPad from BestBuy. The first two works great and the third one must have been create on the wrong day of the week.

Package was stolen from my porch. And Best Buy refused to help with the issue.

I will never buy apple products from best buy again. I needed a receipt for the Apple Store to unlock my iPad. The receipt needs to have serial number to prove I purchased it. Refused to help me & my iPad 16a is locked to a nonexistent email.

I didn’t even get my package. It said it came this day and it did not come and I gave it time but it still did not come.

Bought this as brand new but when I tried to register this at Apple it was already registered to someone else.

After 5 day it power off and not turn on.. so they just replaced

my first order was not delivered. why did i get charged for remaking the order?

The iPad had a cracked button. My mom opened her gift up on Christmas and the side button that’s glass was cracked.

Product eventually arrived but it was an absolute hassle of a process. Don't have anything delivered from them since the can't afford any other delivery service besides DoorDash and it's a major theft risk having electronics delivered this way
