Pathetic customer service

Best Buy refused to do an exchange because it was 9 days past the return date. However, Best Buy said they would do a return if I paid them $50. Nice to know Best Buy can be bribed to do the right thing.

Stopped working within 3 weeks

After just 3 weeks of use, the screen went completely blank and it won’t turn on or charge. Very disappointed. I’ll be returning it as soon as possible.

Awful Experience
