Great product. When you compare THIS version to other hand writing tools alone this (dispite being Apple = $$$$) it oddly turns out to be the better deal. Who knew?

I love this IPad!! It’s a major improvement over my old one. The camera is super sharp. Even though I’m not a techy, I was able to do a lot with it myself.

The item was alright until after a few days of using it the screen started to lag then eventually it stopped swiping. The device is usefully in mange way

I bought this iPad for pickup on 4/5, picked up on 4/11, was charged accordingly. The following week was told the order was cancelled, refunded, then on 4/21 was charged again. A few hours later I was charged a second time. The iPad itself is fine. The customer service is a joke and I am now facing bank fees, cut off services, and the inability to buy anything including my child’s medicine. Best Buy has refused to do anything useful.told me it was my bank’s fault, only they could reverse the charges. Not true obviously.
