Great iPad! I got 2 of these for my grandchildren for Christmas. They LOVE them! My daughter was also excited that she could put on the parental controls for the IPads.

Wonderful purchase! My teen daughter received this as a Christmas present. Easy setup and use. Clear display screen. Quick delivery as well. Color was a true win!

I was disappointed at first when trying to set up my new iPad and it would freeze and I could not get it to the next step in the set up process. I took it to the Geek Squad and while an unusual technique was used, it apparently is a common issue. The tech just kept tapping his finger on the screen and eventually all was well and working. Haven't had a problem since. I just wish I had compared models as this one does not have FaceID on it and I either have to use my fingerprint or passcode. Not a huge issue, but probably would have bought a different model had I realized there is no FaceID,

I needed to update my ipad, things were not updating correctly on the old one. This works very well, charges easily and made the transfer of information easy.

I’ve never been one to be a fan of Best Buy due to previous experiences. However, the Port Charlotte store changed my views. In and out in minutes. Great customer service. Really like my new iPad. Not the top of the line, but it works great for me.
