I bought this for my grandparents who have had the same iPad for the past 13 years. It was so old that it doesn’t do updates anymore so this new iPad is a game changer for them! They love it!

Very convenient, I really liked it because it isn’t too small or big perfect size, and you can do anything on it. Last days being charged!!

I like this larger iPad because it’s just easier to see. It stays charged so much longer than my old one. This is my 3rd iPad and love it.

iPad is great! Got it for my wife’s birthday it’s everything she wanted, now I gotta get her the portfolio to go with it!! Just FYI there is a cheaper alternative for the apple pen on Amazon it’s called the meta pen pencil A8 and it works exceptionally well for this specific IPad! Thanks Best Buy!

I purchased an iPad from Best Buy and had a great experience. The ordering process was easy, and the iPad was ready on time. The device works perfectly and was well packaged. Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the product and the service.

I had a very old version of Apple IPad when I decided it was time for an upgrade. I was greeted immediately by a sales associate who helped me with my purchase. I am not very tech savvy so I was glad that my sales associate was able to guide me through the process. The fellow that assisted me was patient, pleasant and knowledgeable regarding the products. He did not try to upsell and gave me great advice. Based on my positive in store experience I will shop Best Buy when I’m in the market for tech devices. My Apple IPad was up and running very quickly. It is a big improvement over my circa 2015 model IPad.

Bought this for my son to take to college. He absolutely loves it as he can take notes and make diagrams on the fly while in lectures. It is the perfect complement to his engineering laptop.

This is my first iPod... I know right! Anyhow, I bought it mainly to control my music streaming and stereo receiver. I also found it wonderful for traveling and getting/sending emails. I dislike using my phone for emailing and my 27" iMac doesn't fit in my suitcase so this is great size wise. Being on the lower end of iPads didn't matter to me. If you plan on loading it up with apps and programs that need more processing power or storage space you're going to have to spend a little more. This iPad is plenty for my needs. The 11" screen is a great middle range size.
