    I purchased this iPad as an open box item for my daughter for Christmas. She couldn’t log into the iPad because it was asking for a password. I took it back to the Best Buy on waterford lakes in Orlando where I purchased it from, expecting for it to be unlocked or replaced but the manager was not helpful. He simply refunded me my money as asked me to go order another one myself. Very poor customer service. Laura

    I got the iPad for my kids after two months of using it that’s when the issue started at first the iPad was fast and would load not lag on anything or freeze but after two months the volume started glitching coming in and out lowering itself and going up again by itself the screen froze didn’t let me close my apps I couldn’t turn it off because the screen was frozen and couldn’t move the off button I don’t know if this was a used one but it’s not worth the price especially after using it two months and it starts with all this RIGHT AFTER MY WARRANTY WAS OVER THE PROBLEMS STARTED
