No problem after purchasing the iPad when I went to the geek squad to have all information transferre from my old iPad.

I love my new I Pad. Before visiting the store I reviewed the Best Buy web site and already decided on the model I was most likely to purchase. When I arrived at the store an associate quickly found the correct tablet in inventory and had a screen protector installed. I also purchased a case to protect the I Pad and attempted to install my new tablet into it when I arrived home. I could not get the I Pad into the case even though it was the correct size. The next day I returned to the store and was informed that the case that I was sold was not the correct one and an alternative was found in the store which I exchanged for the incorrect one. I was somewhat surprised that there was no acknowledgment from the salesman that the incorrect case that was sold to me in error was the original salesman’s fault, no apology, not even a thank you! Little wonder that brick and mortar stores are failing when employees just don’t care. I could have purchased the exact same I Pad and case on line and saved $50.00, there is little or no incentive to go to the store, stupid me, I won’t make that mistake again!

IPAD is sufficient. I haven't used it often. But so far so good!

Works great, super fast, supports all my daughters games (Roblox, Fortnite, etc).

It works. Basic ipad stuff, seems ok so far. That's enough to run my son's preschool learning programs and he hasn't managed to break the screen yet

I'm not a heavy iPad user. This one serves my purpose at a good price point. The perfect replacement for my 10+ yr. old iPad.

Good value item for the price. Got his for my dad for his birthday and he loves it for media consumption and whatnot.

Best decision on this product good quality and best customer service

This new iPad works well. It connects to the internet quickly with a clearer picture than my previous one.

Love the color and has the all the apple user friendliness one expects. Set up was quick and easy to sink with my Apple account. Nice upgrade on the old 7th gen we had.
