    The previous model was over ten years old. The backup and restore process nearly. Very few apps and files had to be reinstalled.

    The iPad performs as advertised. If there is a downside, having no port for attaching hearing devices is the only negative.

    This iPad is difficult to use because it does not have a button on it. In order to change apps you have to swipe from the bottom which doesn’t always respond! The day I bought my iPad it was $70 more than the previous week and was $70 less the next week. I asked if I could get the previous week’s price because it was Octobertech month and they said NO!
