Exactly what I expected!

This unit does iPad things, and well. I mostly use it for basic web browsing, Reddit "research" and as a second monitor for my Macbook Air when I am on the road and need more screen. For those tasks - no need to spring for the Air or Pro models. Slips in my bag - no problem!

My old iPad was serviced by their certified technician and it was determined the issue was hardware failure and beyond repair. Because of the current sale, I was able to replace by Gen 7 with the new A 16. and I’m very pleased.

They couldn't activate THEIR product. After several attempts with Apple support, was told to return to store---which I did. Went to Best Buy and there were minor issues BUT, Geek Squad was aware of the need for a new software update for this iPad and handled for me. Great job guys! It still baffles me why Apple did not know anything about their own product...
