    My new iPad is an amazing, gorgeous, intelligent device. Wish I were its equal and wish I lived in Auburn to take advantage of the annual Geek Squad access program. Since I am neither, I leaned heavily on Bob (?) the Geek Squad guy, who hooked me up with my new iPad and acted as my real time User's Guide. Thanks, Best Buy, for selling good products at good prices and hiring great people!

    I purchased the product as an upgrade. Needed more memory for up dates, etc. I’m a basic user so probably won’t be getting a “pen” or utilizing some of the more sophisticated features. Like the larger screen though the product itself is the same size.

    I bought this ipad to replace my old one. It has a few new features including no home button, but overall it is an updated version of the originals. All the latest apps work on this model vs previous models.
