Was dilvired fast and works well no complaints love it

I love the iPads especially for my kids honestly it gives them something to engage in. I can download educational games and make them more involved into education. It’s good on battery life can go maybe a week without charging it but my kids are limited on screen time.

Replaced my 5 1/2 year old IPad with the Apple A16 chip IPad. While some of the functions had changed, I eventually was able to navigate without issue. Very fast and easy to use.

I bought these ipads for my grandkids so they can do their homework. Colors are vibrant and they are easy to use for a six and seven year old. Got the covers to protect in case they dropped them and they seem to be doing well

I was so excited to purchase this iPad, because I never had any Apple products, I always thought they were too confusing, but after purchasing this iPad, I've been so excited using my iPad, and I'll be soon purchasing more apple products.

The iPad itself is wonderful and in perfect condition. However, BestBuy gets 0 stars for not sending it with the charger and cable as CLEARLY STATED in the description for open box items rated as “excellent” as this was. They refused to send the missing items, telling me to go to my local BestBuy (an hour away) to ask if they had any random charger and cable they could give me from some other open box iPad. The other option they gave was to return the item and buy a new one instead! Wow! The iPad I ordered didn’t even come from the state where I live, so no way to contact that store to ask them to ship the missing parts to me. They refused to refund any of the purchase price even though they incorrectly listed it as “excellent” condition with all parts. I will never order online from BestBuy again.
