Had old I-Pad. Updated. Faster and quality of graphics much improved in last several years.

I bought this iPad to replace the one I had for few years. I am not computer savvy, so I call and was lucky enough to speak to a very pleasant young man, whose name is Nelson. I also needed the case that was the right size, last time I order on line and got one a bit larger, not the right one. So I called, Nelson guided me with patience and I got the correct size. Thank you Nelson!!!

I have an iPad for several years and I decided to give one to my daughter so that she would go through the same experience as me. I don't complain about the good quality that has come out.

My girlfriend absolutely loves it I was watching Hulu Netflix on it and playing video games.

We prefer the iPad for the kids as the parental controls are better in the iPad.

Great iPad. Great price from Best Buy and I am a geek squad member so it had the warranty added to it. The only place to buy electronics is Best Buy

Product is good. No complaints as of today. I wish apple would include a manual explaining what can be done with the I pad and its features. I had to go on line to figure out how to take a screenshot. As you can tell I am not in the era of computer technology
