    The rep went above and beyond to make sure I had the best deal as well as age appropriate material for which was a very special occasion as my baby birthday is two days after Christmas… three thumbs up to the rep as well as the customer service over all … ps it arrived promptly and on time for Christmas as well .. ty

    Upgrade to this iPad was a great idea; my 6th gen iPad is good but this 11th gen iPad makes it seem real old and slow. Nice resolution, good sound, not too good screen, tapping on it with the Apple Pencil the screen sounds hollow. Other than that it is a very good purchase.
