    The items was shipped quickly and prompt response from delivery person. I got a live updates of the item via message when it was out for delivery. Overall the experience from buying to receiving was smooth. Also the Apple care is covered as part of the purchase and that’s a great add on.

    I needed a device that was easier to read than just the iPhone. I had an iPad before and when it went out of date, I just never got a new one. I’m so glad that I got this iPad. The resolution is great and it’s just an all-around media device for anybody..

    I am learning to use my new IPad as it works differently from my last one. There is more swiping with my finger to close apps. I am not sure if I like doing that and will have to adapt to doing things differently.

    It’s similar to my 10th generation ipad but it’s good i have no complaints except I don’t like how the camera is only on the top of the screen when you hold it horizontally other than that the ipad is good.
