I am glad I purchased it. But I am having a hard time getting used to no home button.

Love the ipad but the battery life on it is awful. It can't last a four hour charge. Bought this ipad for my 15 hour flight and i'm not sure how this is gonna go - would buy a pro if it wasn't past its return date & best buy said nothing will be done. In the picture it shows it being used for not even two hours and the battery going from 100% to 17%... Shame.

Wish the screen was a little brighter, other than that it’s a great device for any use.

I’ve been using the new 11-inch iPad with the A16 chip for a few weeks now, and I have to say—it’s a delightful piece of tech. I picked the pink version because I wanted something fun and fresh, and it totally delivers on personality without sacrificing performance. 128GB is a sweet spot for me. I’ve got plenty of space for apps, media, and files without worrying about running out. If you’re a heavy video editor or keep tons of offline content, you might want more, but for most people, this is perfect. This thing is fast. The A16 chip handles everything I throw at it—streaming, note-taking, light photo editing, and even some gaming. I’ve had zero lag, and multitasking feels smooth. It’s not quite iPad Pro level, but for everyday use, it’s more than enough. The 11-inch Liquid Retina screen is gorgeous. Colors pop, text is crisp, and watching Netflix or YouTube on it is a treat. I do wish it had ProMotion for that buttery-smooth scrolling, but honestly, I don’t miss it much. Battery life is solid. I get through a full day of use without scrambling for a charger. It’s not revolutionary, but it’s reliable—which is what matters most. The pink aluminum body is stunning. It’s sleek, lightweight, and feels premium in the hand. I’ve had people ask me about it just because of the color. It’s also super portable—fits easily in my bag and doesn’t weigh me down. It works with the Apple Pencil (USB-C) and Magic Keyboard Folio, which is great for note-taking and typing. Just be aware that accessories are sold separately—and they’re not cheap.

I bought this item in the condition: Open box: As New, but there are noneraseable scraches and burn marks on the screen. Best Buy did a horrible job of evaluating the condition of this item. I kept it since I need this item, but will NEVER buy open box items from Best Buy again

I did have a little trouble getting this item, ive been using progressive leasing for 5 years and never had any trouble having to show my ID and that day i had trouble cause they wanted to change stuff up and wanted me to show my ID
