Great purchase and highly recommended if looking for IPad.

Bought for my wife for mothers say. She loves it. Best Buy did not have any acceptable options for a keyboard, but Amazon had many. Our salesperson was awesome.

Customer adviser knew exactly what I was looking for and had it in stock. I was in and out of the store in less than 20 minutes. Best Buy comes through again!

Works great for everyday use for my 8 year old & I. I even gotten a keyboard for work and it's the best thing I did. Only thing is the screen cracked in the inside 2 days later no drop no damage just random damage. Other than that it's great for the whole family.

I love the touch screen, and the mini Bluetooth keyboard I purchased separately. However the screen freezes a lot and I have to sleep and wake it to get it to start working. That’s annoying.

The iPad is fine. Customer service, a problem. I went in because online it was $299. On display it was $329. I had to jump through hoops at customer service to get it for $299. Why not the same price? This is the second time this has happened to me in Best Buy.
