    The iPad is fine. Customer service, a problem. I went in because online it was $299. On display it was $329. I had to jump through hoops at customer service to get it for $299. Why not the same price? This is the second time this has happened to me in Best Buy.

    Not a fan of the fingerprint on the power button as this ipad is for a child but otherwise it’s good. Very happy it is her favorite color.

    Great value, Best Buy had the best price. I'll use this primarily for downloading PDF files . Very helpful for songs. Instead of printing many "ukulele" songs this is a great alternative.

    Finally, retired my super old Ipad I've had for 7 years. With technology upgrades and speed in mind, I bought the 11" A16chip. Well worth the wait and the price!
