My review is not based on product but on Best Buy customer service which has been beyond poor. I did not receive the 2 iPads I ordered as Xmas gifts and received a notice from Best Buy and Roadie letting me know that my delivery of the 2 iPads was "Canceled. Sender Technical Problems" at 1:59 pm on December 2, 2025. I have unsuccessfully attempted to have Best Buy refund the almost $600 I paid for the iPads and Best Buy has failed to address this matter despite the fact that they have documentation confirming cancellation of the delivery of my order. Instead, Best Buy investigated delivery of another order (which was actually delivered) and closed the file on my request for a refund. I will never purchase anything from Best Buy again.

I like its size but the touch feature with apps sometimes takes more than one time ,it might take several to navigate to get to where I want to be

Easy to setup for grandpa who uses it with his poor vision. Lots of accessibility features.

I’m pleased with the iPad 11. I have wanted one for some time and when the 11 came out I made the move. Really like the screen resolution.

So, bought this to replace my IPad that died due to a Mother Board issue. While setting it up from an iCloud Backup it died!!!! It crashed!!! Had to go back to Best Buy to have it restored and start over. The Guys at Best Buy today were WONDERFUL!!!!!!!! They reset it and restored it. Frightening experience. But BEST BUY TO THE RESCUE!!!!!!

Again, $1000 extra for very little. Not into it. 2 more.

Overall, good product but often have to press key twice to access google website

The box had some numbers written with sharpie on it. This was a gift and seemed like it was used or something

Login has multiple issues. Using a numeric login works only when online. If offline, it requires my password for Microsoft, when I’m not even into an app of any kind, which makes NO sense. This computer seems programmed to work online, which makes me wonder, why? Shouldn’t we be able to work in spreadsheets and financials without being online?

For the price, it’s worth it. Battery isn’t very strong and drains fairly quickly.

Its alright, but the lack of a laminated screen makes this a sub-par device. Since it has such a massive air gap in the screen, you get a whole lot of screen jelly when you're using the apple pencil.

the sales people were ok But we got a bad one that didnt work and took it back and the service was terrible not friendly at all mean and moody and took 3 hours till they finally said it was bad we sat there 3 hours service was terrible new one works so far but dont buy from best buy in Bismarck nd

Bought as a graduation present. She greatly enjoys it

It was a gift for my aunt. I don't use it. She has to take the class at Apple to learn how to use it.

It’s a bit heavy but great tablet and came with a nice charger and good length chord
