I did not purchase this item. A person came into the Kokomo Indiana store and used my phone number without my knowledge, and the employee didnt ask for ID to verify. I am livid that no one stopped the individual and allowed them to use my account to make this purchase.

We’ve had it for a few weeks and it’s already broken. The screen protector Best Buy charged us for did not work. Our previous one from Google worked for five years, I wish Best Buy sold them. Tried to get a replacement in store, they said we have to wait for an appointment this weekend. Still waiting.

Its just an ipad but i told sales man i didnt want blue and he gave me blue

Salesman don't listen and try to rush you in and out, We asked for 256gb ipad and it wasn't until we got home that we realized he had grabbed the wrong one. The iPad itself is fine just not happy with service

It was just so worth the price, the color was so much better then the picture. You could do so much, it feels unlimited. It’s great for taking notes and drawing, especially when you have the apple pen to use with the iPad. I would 100% recommend this to a person who loves a good quality iPad to draw or take notes, and do lots of other amazing things. The battery is great and the way its light and easy to carry to places unlike a computer is just so good. I absolutely love this item and I will never regret getting one.

Do not shop off of Best Buy. I ordered this item and I even paid for AppleCare plus I ended up not receiving my order and they refuse to do anything about it to compensate me. They are a scam.

The Roadie delivery service stole my IPad!! The picture on the delivery notification was not my house! Do not trust your delivery driver!!

Bought the open box iPad in excellent condition it was the worst piece of crap there was try to get another one for the same price. I got that one and they said no I couldn’t do that.

Would not copy from my old ipad, finally got it to take info from the cloud, that took a very long time. The second day it has frozen while loading a game. I am VERY disappointed in this device!

it's the iPad - the standard tablet. There's really nothing to say - it just works. The base model is perfect for those of us upgrading from the iPad 9th Generation and older, although you'll need to get used to newer interaction methods (ie: no home button, swipe gestures, etc.). Most have a modern iPhone, and this now fully mirrors those. Everything is a step up from the old models - rear camera is finally usable (in mid to bright conditions - low/dark scenes use your phone), screen is noticeably better/brighter, performance is snappy, device weight feels lighter overall (even though the specs say otherwise). Recommend for general content consumption and those upgrading from older base iPads. One thing it doesn't have is Raise To Wake (like iPhones) it does not wake up picking up - got used to that with the phone. Comes with a 20 watt USB-C charger and braided USB 2.0 cable. I finally have a house without Lightning connectors!
