The iPad is a solid tablet. We have never had any issues with using it. The display is amazing, audio is clear, and battery life is good. It has a couple of drawbacks though, those being price and storage. Well, the price can be reasonable considering the quality of the product, but you can buy a very good android tablet for half the cost. As for storage, you still can't install a micro SD card to expand your storage. However, you can plug in a thumb drive although it may break your USB port if you're not careful. As for my purpose of getting one, I have a son who's non-verbal and we use Proloquo2Go for his speech; this combination has been reliable compared to android apps we've worked with in the past. Exactly as expected. This is a great base model iPad that can be used for various things. I wouldn't say this should be used for a bunch of productivity, mainly things like video editing that require a lot, but general things like media consumption or games on the iPad this is great for. The screen does look great even after seeing some reviews online of honestly some people just being picky. I definitely recommend this product especially for a generally great price.

The battery life on this iPad is amazing I got 12 hours with a full charge. The display is incredible nice graphics on it.

This is the perfect iPad for me! I am 85 years old and it is great because it’s simple, compact, and gives me everything I need in my life. Putting in apps was extremely easy and I am very delighted and satisfied with this purchase. I would certainly recommend it and getting it from Best Buy. Great customer service and support!!

Replaced a 5th gen iPad. So much faster, so much of an increase in storage. I combined it with the apple keyboard which works well but does not offer a way to support the iPad in a vertical orientation. The iPad though is great, and the price was right. Battery life has not been as good as I anticipated, maybe because it powers the keyboard?
