It arrived on time and was well packaged. She is very happy with its performance. The only problem we had was we didn't know how to set it up and transfer her data from her old iPad. We didn't know how to initially connect to our Wi-Fi. FINALLY, we called Apple and received instructions from a very patient lady who walked us through the initial set up procedure. Working great.

Just a nice, new, iPad that gets the job done. This is perfect for my everyday uses. Even recommended my close friend to get one of these guys for a decent price. Hope to make this guy last for a long time!
