First the purchase through Best Buy was easy and effortless! Love the iPad, the color and what an awesome and amazing feature that when you move around, it basically follows you so if you’d like to stream make TikTok or Instagram videos this device is awesome. The clarity and quality in the picture is outstanding a must have…. Clearly, I must have. I turned around and bought me one in pink.! Lol

This iPad is perfect for browsing. I use it to pay my bills and to surf the internet. Great build and does its job.

Couldn’t be more happy with this product. It runs so smoothly. Needed an iPad upgrade badly and this gave me everything I was looking for. Only thing was is there is no Face ID feature but that’s not a huge issue for me. Highly recommend this device !

I’ve never been one to be a fan of Best Buy due to previous experiences. However, the Port Charlotte store changed my views. In and out in minutes. Great customer service. Really like my new iPad. Not the top of the line, but it works great for me.

It’s a really nice tablet. Everything runs smooth and it has so many features. I would like if it had a flashlight just like iPhones

I bought this Ipad for my grandson and he loves it it is the only thing i know of that's makes him put his phone down.Now i needs something to make him put the Ipad and phone down at least 3 hours a day.

The ipad quality is so much better than it used to be. I also like the change if charger. So far the ipad has been really good and the charge on it last a while.
