This is a great iPad. It is clear and easy to use.

It works well. My only problem is getting to the screen to close stuff out. I do what they told me. Thanks.

I took my iPod 10 to Best Buy because it wouldn’t charge. Tech told me would cost as much as a new one, so I bought a new one and tech said they would transfer all my data from my old one to the new one for $40. I waited nearly 5 hours there while waiting for the transfer. The tech couldn’t give me an estimate of how much longer it would take, as their WiFi was extremely slow. I wasn’t able or willing to wait indefinitely, so I asked for a refund and returned the new iPad. A few days later, I went to the Apple Store in Pleasanton. The tech there tried charging my iPad with an Apple Charger, and it charged right up. Problem solved for less than $20 and no new iPad needed. Needless to say, my experience at Best Buy was very disappointing.

Works great we only use it in the it replaced a old model works great in the hose very reasonably priced

this ipad works very well the workers were very helpful and made sure i had everything i needed.

My daughter needed it for school and it meets all of her needs. Were an Apple family so this works perfect for us.

Love my new iPad updates are appreciated (I had 6th generation I traded in for the 16e) the Touch ID is indicated on the screen (because sometimes you have your iPad sideways or upside down) the touch includes two different fingers great for me easy to access no matter what angle the iPad is in, I judged index finger of each hand. I use it at night for sleep meditation and also for zoom yoga and of course searching the web taking notes etc I love my iPad! I always put protective glass and case to keep it safe!

Just bought this for my 7 year Granddaughter. Keep in mind she is only 7, but has the brain of a 13 year old. She loaded all her games and apps from her previous iPad. This iPad was very user friendly and is very fast. She absolutely loves her new iPad. The 299.99 price was also a great plus!!!

Wish it had facial recognition but other then that it’s a great product
