I’m really happy with this iPad so far. It’s fast, easy to use, and the screen quality is great for watching videos, browsing, and working. The battery lasts all day for me, and it’s lightweight enough to carry around without feeling bulky.

one if the best things ive ever bought for myself , its my first ipad in general its very light and east to transport. works well with a keyboard and apple pencil.

Purchased for my grandmother, easy setup transferring all her apps from her old iPad. Had to log into a few apps so make sure you have your logins available, but other than that was very simple. She's very happy with it, comments every time I see her that it's a massive improvement.

I called the store because I wasn’t able to use some certificates and Oscar at the El Paso Eastside location helped me have a fast and great experience. The product is great, easy to use, with great features.

Perfect size for notes, very lightweight and portable.

It was a steal deal in BestBuy and this is my 3rd consecutive tab in the same store. When it comes to Apple and electronic gadgets, I always prefer Bestbuy as my first and primary go to store. The ipad is good as usual and no compliants at all and the buying experience was so smooth.

The entire process from the purchase, the comms from Best Buy on status and followup after the purchase was stellar. Upgrading from a first Gen iPad Pro to an 11th Gen iPad. Apple has fine tuned the procedure from what it used to be to a matter of placing both the old device and new device next to each other and answering basic questions. In ten minutes the process was done. I do wish there was a better way of recycling old devices as we have a stack of used outdated apple devices that can’t even be updated. Some don’t even have working connector cables. With that being said, this iPad is Apple's best yet with awesome resolution, all day battery life and a great ecosystem of apps. Highly recommended.

I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend to use for school since he is majoring in Nursing and needed a tablet. He absolutely loves it. He has the apple pencil and magic keyboard to go with it, so it has everything he needs for school. I have the iPad air 5, and his iPad does all of the same things that mine does, and for one third of the price. Overall, would definitely recommend this purchase, especially for the unbeatable price.

On the hunt for a cheaper tablet and opted for this unit. Much better than other tablet brands for the price. Apple did a great job with making this iPad at a better price point. Chip is from a 14 pro max so it still preforms well.

Great performance and fast! Good memory for kids usage

I was looking for a small travel computer that could handle basic computing and media usage. I decided on a Chromebook as I already had an iPad Pro from 2016 that worked fine when plugged in but doesn’t hold a charge anymore. After about an hour after buying the Chromebook and testing it to make sure it would work for my needs I returned it since it couldn’t handle playing any streaming media without the entire computer freezing up. I decided replacing my old iPad, so I could actually travel with it, would be a better investment than messing with failed 2-in-1’s and chromebooks since I knew an iPad would work straight out of the box. I don’t know why I didn’t just replace/upgrade my iPad to begin with. Apple has a user friendly reputation for a reason.

I ordered this ipad a few days ago, just because I needed a bigger screen to do my work and I couldn't afford a laptop at the moment. I will rate that as my best decision of the year. This ipad is sooo good. It works so well. I really like it A LOTTT!!!

As many features as other, more expensive iPads may offer, this iPad does everything I need it to do. Fast, A16 chip, 128 GB memory, it's great. Fast and non-glitchy for way less than the price of the other ones. Recommended
