We were directed to the appropriate area to purchase a new ipad. Two staff greeted us and showed us the available products. they were helpful in explaining the pros and cons and we were able to make our choice. They also helped us choose a cover and stylus appropriate to the chosen ipad, checked us out and we were on our way. very smooth and easy.

This was gift to my daughter for Christmas. She absolutely loves it and it’s so much better than her Kids Kindle Fire tablet. She has access to so much more! We are very happy with the purchase.

iPad is great! Got it for my wife’s birthday it’s everything she wanted, now I gotta get her the portfolio to go with it!! Just FYI there is a cheaper alternative for the apple pen on Amazon it’s called the meta pen pencil A8 and it works exceptionally well for this specific IPad! Thanks Best Buy!

I love this iPad! I was going back and forth about getting one but I am glad I did. So many cool things to do it on it other than doom scrolling. I suggest everyone to get one with a pencil too!

It was a gift, and she loves it, as it is not a true upgrade, because this model only has wifi, her old one came with internet use, but it is a 9 so this one is new

I got this to watch sports on and it works great. No lag, great graphics, and long battery life.

I bought one for myself and one for my wife. These replaced 2 old Samsung 32gig tablets. What a difference! Are old tablets lagged and froze up. These ones are fast and the graphics are awesome. These were a fantastic upgrade!

I bought the Apple 11” iPad my wife, and she loves it. From the second she turned it on, it was a major upgrade to her 3-year-old iPad. The A16 chip makes it lightning quick and the display is really sharp.

Love it. I use it every day for accessing web pages, streaming movies and YouTube. It’s a great “in between” from my iPhone and my laptop. I bought this to replace my old iPad that doesn’t update to the latest iOS version. I also like to sync apps from my phone, computer and iPad so if I start something on one device I can pick up what I was working on in another device. (Ie. syncing files in Dropbox, using kindle app, scrivener ( a writing app), etc) This iPad works great for that.

Got a good price for a most current version of Apples base model iPad. Apple finally gives you 128GB in the base model where my prior iPad could no longer do IOS updates because lack of space even with only a few installed apps. Ordered online and picked up a few hours later. While I was at it I took advantage of Best Buys trade in program. It was nice bringing in my old iPad to Best Buy directly vs having to mail it in for trade credit.

I absolutely love it! I upgraded from a really old iPad I got as a hand me down. The display on this is phenomenal! I love watching videos, playing games and doodling.

I got the iPad for my daughter. Battery life last through her Roblox and YouTube kids. I honestly might get one of these for myself versus the iPad Pro. Camera quality is great. It does everything that we needed to do.
