The ONLY issue has to do with the salesperson. Once he realized that I was not interested in upgrading or extra warranty he rushed me out to the checkout even though I was wanting to look at other products.

Much faster all around - web pages load quickly, apps are responsive. Use it mainly for reading (articles, digital magazines, etc.).

Long overdue

This IPad was exactly what was needed. Plus my nephew who jist turned 4 has an IPad that he uses on a regular because he is on the spectrum, so my gbaby always wants to take his. Now the two of them can have their own with matching cases and take each others lol.

Also the new features it comes with like drawing , intertain him perfectly, overall its the best thing for hours at a time because the battery last for so long without charing. overall this is the best item i have ever bought.

The biggest point about my purchase was the help I received from Ritchie at my local Best Buy store. He went above and beyond to allow a smooth exchange of information from my old iPad to the new one.

Yellow iPad takes the Gold!

The buying experience through best buy was great as always, although the shipping took a little bit longer than expected. I understand it was close to the holidays, so no lost points there.
