Wonderful ipad! Made the person I gifted it to extremely happy !! It came in the mail quick before Christmas, and was the right color, size and storage size.

Very pleased with my new IPad purchase. My salesperson Santiago facilitated a trade in for me, which took only minutes. He explained the different model functions and helped me choose one for my needs and he assisted with the accessories too. No hard sell, very pleasant and professional. Once I got home set up was a breeze, just paired it with my IPhone and was good to go immediately, with all my previous APPs and data. Bought the pink, pretty color.

I love my new iPad. It’s very stylish and at an incredible price point. Never thought I’d buy an iPad that’s newer for less than $600-800.

I love my new I pad. i think this is my 3rd, and the only reason I need to buy new is when the system becomes outdated. I had to upgrade to the new IOS version.

Overall, this IPad is excellent in terms of battery life, resolution, and options. I do wish there was a hard copy of the user guide included in the package. Referring to the website is rather time consuming. A headphone jack is not included in this version, which means one has to buy an adapter.

I purchased an open box excellent 2025 ipad a16 as a gift for my nephew. The ipad works and looks great. Well, the charger that came along with the ipad did not fit at all!. It was a charger for the older ipad when it should’ve been a usb-c charger. I can’t use it for anything! I understand what open box is but at least give a charger that fits the item. If this was checked and inspected as it was supposed to be a correct charger would’ve been placed in the box. Whoever checked the box knew that was the wrong charger. After purchasing the ipad I still had to spend money for a charger for the ipad. That’s really upsetting. Thanks alot Best Buy! I’ll never buy open box again! Lesson learned! That’s why I gave two stars.
