Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased a Mac computer and it broke one day after I purchased it. The geek squad repaired but it took two days to fix. They did a good job. Now i still can’t use it because I am not familiar with the Mac I am 83 and not used to changes. I should have got a Microsoft that I know very well. I am going to return this on since I have 30 days to return it. I hope they keep there word.

Terrible service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to go to the cash register to be put on a list for somebody to come over and open up a case to get me a tablet to purchase. I waited 15 minutes and then went back up and asked him how much longer. He said I was still on the list and he didn’t know. I left. If you want to get people to order off Amazon instead of coming into your store, this is the perfect way to do it.
