Great buy in comparison to past and current iPads. Nice screen, good camera, way more capacity than my previous iPads. I also appreciated the streamlined ways to turn the display on and off and to navigate between open apps. The usb-c connection took some effort to work with since I like to be able to charge my iPad while using it and the supplied cord was way too short for that. But by combining a longer usb-c cord with a long-corded surge protector that includes a usb-c port, I can use the iPad while charging it at some distance and with no noticeable compromise in power.

Another great Apple product, easy to set up, user friendly. Ordered it online for pick up in mid December and it was the smoothest, easiest Xmas shopping experience ever. Thank you Best Buy!

Extremely satisfied and excited about our iPad! It has been primarily used by my 11yr old daughter, and held up perfectly over the course of our recent long road trip (9 hours each direction!)... She has commented on how much faster it process vs. our old iPad, and she has described the blue color as "the coolest color ever."

The quality is good and shipping was fast. The packaging was convenient since it was a Christmas gift for my daughter , she did could not tell what the item was from the outside.

I bought this iPad for my wife for mothers day 2025 and she loves it. It has plenty of storage (128GB) and the battery lasts all day. I would definitely be getting one for myself for fathers day .
