Needed this for a last-minute work project and Best Buy came through as always. The device is just awesome; can handle anything I throw at it and has exceeded my expectations.

I had a very old version of Apple IPad when I decided it was time for an upgrade. I was greeted immediately by a sales associate who helped me with my purchase. I am not very tech savvy so I was glad that my sales associate was able to guide me through the process. The fellow that assisted me was patient, pleasant and knowledgeable regarding the products. He did not try to upsell and gave me great advice. Based on my positive in store experience I will shop Best Buy when I’m in the market for tech devices. My Apple IPad was up and running very quickly. It is a big improvement over my circa 2015 model IPad.

Got this to replace a 6th generation iPad that suddenly became unable to charge probably because of a problem with its charging port. (The battery was still about 40% charged so the iPad was usable one last time.) The new one is similar in size. Is now controlled with swiping motions instead of a button. My attempts to transfer apps from the old iPad to the new one failed but my photo library did transfer successfully. The new one has really great battery life and much more flexible charging options since it's now USB-C. I do wish the charging cable that came with it were longer. Overall very satisfied with this iPad. I can't comment on durability because I only got it a few weeks ago. Definitely get it a cover because it is slippery and to protect the screen. I bought an inexpensive one on line -same brand as for old iPad which was durable and long lasting.

highly recommended budget tablet. and excellent performance for everyday tasks, streaming, and gaming, making it great value for families and general users, though it lacks Apple Intelligence, ProMotion, and some advanced Pro features like Stage Manager

This is my first ever purchase of an iPad and I truly enjoy this one. It is nice and large but not too large. Video is great and so is sound. I can play Xbox cloud the tablet runs very smooth.

My Autistic Daughter loves the color I believe she has plenty of space for her music and she has no problem connecting her headphones ! She uses it as a communication devices as well she is nonverbal but with her tablet and program she manages to communicate

Recently bought an iPad from Best Buy and had a great experience overall. The staff was helpful, the checkout process was smooth, and the iPad was in perfect condition right out of the box. I love my new iPad. It does respond fast and is easy to use. I had the info from my old iPad transferred to the new one at the store. It was very helpful. It went faster than I thought it would go. The young man who did the service was very pleasant and helpful.

Got a good price for a most current version of Apples base model iPad. Apple finally gives you 128GB in the base model where my prior iPad could no longer do IOS updates because lack of space even with only a few installed apps. Ordered online and picked up a few hours later. While I was at it I took advantage of Best Buys trade in program. It was nice bringing in my old iPad to Best Buy directly vs having to mail it in for trade credit.

Gift for my daughter who loves to draw! She loves it and I love to use it, too! Great addition without giving her her own phone. Sure can still keep in touch with us. Great value!
