Almost bought somewhere else

Last one was dropped on the floor and broke the screen in many pieces. My experience at Best Buy was about not to happen. I was in the iPad location for over 20 minutes without a single employee acknowledging my presence. I had just started to leave and an employee said someone would be with me soon. That person must have been disruptive from something, but did help me with my purchase. He was telling a coworker that his lunch was due and informed me that employee would finish my purchase.

Little life saver.

He has lung cancer and it gives him something to look forward to each day. He loves it. Easy for him to see and use.
