    I bought this iPad to replace the one I had for few years. I am not computer savvy, so I call and was lucky enough to speak to a very pleasant young man, whose name is Nelson. I also needed the case that was the right size, last time I order on line and got one a bit larger, not the right one. So I called, Nelson guided me with patience and I got the correct size. Thank you Nelson!!!

    I was very pleased with my iPad purchase experience. I was able to get a trade-in rebate and watched the sales associate clean the old iPad. Everything went smoothy and I'm glad I went to the close-by Best Buy instead of the farther away Apple Store.

    Fast efficient transaction. Traded old iPad in for iPad 11. Taken care of right at the customer service desk. Transferred data and wiped old iPad data right in front of me. Couldn’t be happier.

    The product is great however the Salesperson had to sell us a charging cable and plug as he said that they dont come in the box. However this is not true and there is one included in the box.
