Transition from Windows

Transition from Windows after 10 days did have an impact on my return. Not enough ports or the right kind of port. I can't recommend because Apple is so different from Windows - seemed disorganized to me.

DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.ordered the ipad for delivery 2 days later. found out on my own (no direct notification) that my ipad was sent back, apparently due to damage. no replacement was scheduled. took alot to figure out what happened. then found out no replacement would be sent. i had to order another one. i ordered elsewhere and got it delivered same day with no problem. then it took 2 weeks for credit to be put thru to my credit card. too long. all along the way, the chat feature was useless to determine status of things. very disappointing experience.

Poor customer service by manager

She couldn’t log into the iPad because it was asking for a password. I took it back to the Best Buy on waterford lakes in Orlando where I purchased it from, expecting for it to be unlocked or replaced but the manager was not helpful. He simply refunded me my money as asked me to go order another one myself. Very poor customer service. Laura
