    The first I pad I received wouldn't charge. I returned it to the store and it was very difficult to connect to WI FI and get it to hold a charge..

    Nice iPad for the price only issues is I barely dropped it maybe 6 inches and the screen cracked so I’d recommend a case and screen protector at time of purchase

    Came with no cable. BB wouldn’t ship cable said I needed to go to store. I live in a rural area, so that’s inconvenient.

    Purchasing this iPad was easy and straight forward. Only issue was the charging port failed and geek squad was unable to confirm the serial number due to the iPad not being able to turn on. I was told that my apple care through my Best Buy membership would not apply for this reason. I understand the situation but it really does kinda suck because now I have to go the Apple in order to correct this faulty charging port. Other than that it was a great purchasing experience.
