    I don't love the new touch access - in the corner, vs being a center button - but it works alright

    On Oct 12, 2025, I purchased a tablet (order BBY01-807120941934) with pickup scheduled for Dec 15, 2025. Due to personal reasons, I couldn’t pick it up that day. On Dec 16, 2025, at 5 PM, I went to Best Buy Coralville, but the manager informed me the order was canceled because it wasn’t collected on time. He suggested buying the product in-store, but the amount I paid was not refunded. This is unacceptable and violates FTC guidelines, which require immediate full refunds for canceled orders. I request urgent confirmation of the refund within 10 business days, or I will escalate the matter to the FTC, CFPB, and the Iowa Attorney General, and consider legal action.

    Great price. Apple quality has really gone downhill though. Feels like a cheap plastic toy compared to my 5 year old iPad.

    First one that I ordered online did not work, drove 40 minutes to store to exchange because it was a gift for someone, had to pay $3 more to exchange for some unknown reason, plus gas and time. Poor customer service at store. New iPad worked, but is glitchy. Not a good product and not a good store.

    Could not sign in the day after setting it up. Apple couldn't even fix it at their recommendation I took to Best Buy in Dothan. They could not fix either. While the geek squad was working on the iPad I purchased a laptop and other accessories. I was informed by geek squad that the iPad couldn't be fixed and the manager refused to give me a new on in exchange. I promptly returned over 2000 $ of items I had just purchased and went home with an iPad I can use for a plate. Will never return to Best buy!!

    I guess I am at an age where anything new is difficult, but since this was a replacement I thought I could just sit down and it would work! I was very mistaken! I am still unable to actually work this product! I will have to have someone come in and walk me through the operation of this ipad!

    The iPad works fine but the color isn’t as vibrant as the 10th generation so I exchanged it for a pink one. Wouldn’t recommend if you like vibrant colors it gave off a dull yellow/gold color.

    The delivery woman literally dropped the ipad in front of the entrance of my apparent building !! As she didn’t have the key to enter the building. I was out of the city for an emergency issue, requested her either drop the package in mail room or return to bestbuy, but she said it was not her concern if I was not able to receive it. So she just left the ipad on pedestrian in-front of the building!!!! I will think twice to order again from bestbuy

    Only had the item for 5 days and the screen stopped responding. I took it to the Apple Store and my iPad was shipped off and is still awaiting for a part that is delayed. The iPad was not cracked, dropped or no liquid damage was done to the iPad.

    I had the worst experience ever best. Buy guaranteed me delivery on 1224 2025 and FedEx. Of course didn't deliver and all of a sudden. Nobody can find the package very poor customer satisfaction will not ever order from best buy again. Grandson's eyes on Christmas morning when he didn't get his president from his Grandpa was the worst feeling I could have had You're done. No more orders from me or anybody I can tell not to order.

    Product is defective and when I attempted to return to Best Buy they told me 16 days had passed ( we were out of town ) 14 day replacement period. Terrible customer service ! We will never shop at Best Buy again unless they rectify this problem

    Let me start by saying this product is great and is exactly how you’d expect from Apple’s quality. HOWEVER - BUYER BEWARE- Bestbuy has a severe problem with these getting stolen out of the boxes before they’re shipped to your home. They blame FedEx, FedEx blames them and you’re screwed out of it and not reimbursed!! ALWAYS ship these to the store and pick them up. Bestbuy should be ashamed of their handling of this because all of their employees are aware of the issue and nothing is solved.

    I had an I -pad years ago and wore it out. It's nice to have one back. It doesn't seem as fast as my first one oddly enough. Great to have one if you have fat fingers syndrome like me.

    These are definitely different, which is fine, but I feel they're too small. I used every little ear cushion. I could've almost lived with that but the battery would barely stay charged. I would charge it. Use it at night. It would be dying before the morning I called and called and every time Best Buy said too bad it's past 15 days. I said I've only used it a couple times I was in the hospital. They didn't care 15 days sir so I will never buy directly from Best Buy. I'll go from Amazon. They have a better return and better customer service seriously I'll never go to Best Buy again for that terrible customer service and making me keep a broken product. All I wanted was to trade in! DONT ORDER FROM BEST BUY, BOYCOTT! BESTBUY
