    Someone who hacked my email was able to pick up my order in person. They need to start checking ids. I’m beyond upset with this purchase as I cannot get a refund.

    The on and off button doesn’t work properly. I attempted to exchange today at the store. After waiting and erasing my information at the instructions of an employee:a Hispanic looking woman wearing glasses at the return line on (9/1 @12:40pm). Horrible service, she could have started the conversation with the return policy. No, she took me through all the steps then attempted to sell me a Best Buy membership. Instead of the 30 day return policy you only get 14 days. TRASH. I’ll never purchase anything else from Best Buy.

    Was told at the time of purchase “if you use your Best Card you save 20%” Sales associate lied! She failed to say it was in the form of points. If I would have known this I would have used cash. I would have returned it but it was a Christmas gift and didn’t have time to mess around.

    Didn’t work. I wanted an Ipad for years and when I finally got one there was something wrong with it internally. So, I returned it and bought a Lenovo and couldn’t be happier.

    MERCHANDISE WAS DELIVERED WITH AND EMPTY IPAD BOX. MY DAUGHTER OPENED UP HER CHRISTMAS GIFT TO AN EMPTY BOX. I WILL NEVER, I MEAN NEVER DO ANOTHER ONLINE ORDER. I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON BEST BUY TO SEND OUT AND REPLACEMENT IPAD SINCE CHRISTMAS. GIVING ME THE RUNNING AROUND. I HAVE RECEIPT, EMAILS AND EVERYTHING. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

    Salesman don't listen and try to rush you in and out, We asked for 256gb ipad and it wasn't until we got home that we realized he had grabbed the wrong one. The iPad itself is fine just not happy with service

    we purchased this item from best buy with the understanding their geek squad could set it up. my wife has called for an apt with NO return. I am currently on hold after calling the main store. My advise is shop somewhere else if you need service.

    My iPad was never delivered to me I had did same day delivery at that they would’ve give me a refund nor a replacement iPad so my daughter birthday was messed up

    Apple products are not hard to find but I try to be loyal to Best Buy. They delivered this Ipad via Door Dash. Fine, if that is rhe quickest way to get it to me. It arrived a whole day later than the deliver by date when I placed the order. Disappointing Best Buy.

    Did not get a code # from Geek squad at store. I'm an old old man. Telephone Geek had me call store for help. Store did not return my call. Without code cannot start my iPad. I live 75 miles from store. I will go there in person when I go to LaCrosse for my doctor's appointment on Feb. 6.

    I think Bestbuy SUCKS!!!!! I purchased this item on Dec 1st and have not received the item or a refund. I had to repurchase it on the 12th. Bestbuy does not care about their customers and they stole my money!!! Do not use their delivery option dishonest people!!!!

    Idk why these devices cant just have a proper file system or why all the productivity apps are now just subscription based scams but it would be great if this device was more like a steamdeck where you could actually run real programs on it.

    My package never arrived I was put in for a replacement after speaking with customer representative next day they cancelled my replacement didn’t awaits of this to me and said there was nothing they could do I spent $295 and couldn’t felt half off or anything very poor service
