Good but battery is not up to mark and display also not so quite good

My Card was compromised from this theiving A hole! 2 purchases from Best Buy. After replying to Best Buys shipping information after i explained what happened , nothing came back? Best buy could care less that my card information was stolen. All they care about is the money.

It’s ok the price was fair but not really that great of a product

I know why I hate apple and never buy it. It will crash all the time, it will never stay online through the wifi. Stick with Android.

I ordered on Dec 1. Best buy is supposed to do an investigation on this. They charged my credit card too. I was supoosed to receive a text or email by Dec 27, but didn't. I didnt get anything for Christmas because of this.

Not as pleased as I thought I would be. Different format logging off rather awkward. Freezes up playing games

absolutely love this iPad! The screen is bright and clear, the performance is super fast, and everything runs smoothly. It’s perfect for school, streaming, browsing, and everyday use. Battery life lasts a long time and charging is quick. Setup was easy and it feels very high quality. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this iPad to anyone looking for a reliable tablet.

The item never came, and Best Buy surely didn't reimburse me or sent a replacement.

If you want to Price Match, don't bother. (Amazon) Purchased and immediately requested a price match via chat. No issues during chat, everything was fine. 354820816 Credit not applied and did a follow-up approaching 30 days. Was told wrong submission type was done by the original agent, but no worries, re-submitted you should be good. 356125641 E-Mail of denial same day, used BBY Policy of outside of 15 days to request price match. (Failed to see full case details of the clerical error originally) Did an immediate follow-up chat stating the issue of the false denial. 356137222 and since then the run around with over 10 additional case ID's

I'll never order online from Best buy again. I went through everything from it being delayed to them not be able track it, then it just appears on my doorstep. Had my anxiety through the roof

Battery don’t last the day HESITATION WHEN TURNING ON

Had this iPad for about a month and it stopped charging out of nowhere. I am currently waiting to see if they will replace it.

I ordered this iPad before Christmas and was told that it would arrive before Christmas and it never came, Come to find out that it was stolen at fed ex. I reported it and another was sent and that came late.

Had to learn how to navigate through all the prompts. You need time to just sit an sift thru all the prompts. It was not an easy transition fro a mac book pro.

I was not impressed. I had to keep putting in a code which was a pain in the butt. There was times when the screen locked up and when I try to use the touch screen it wouldn't work. I took the item back don't waste your money.

Didn’t turn on when I got it and it had little cuts on the side

After 48 hours, the screen stopped working. Do not buy !!
